Pangborn Corp., Fairburn, Ga., has reached an agreement that will make Always Dependable Service Inc. (ADS), Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, an authorized distributor of its equipment and parts.

Pangborn expects ADS, an independent shot blast service company, to increase the coverage of its sales and service network, particularly in Canada. The agreement also will give Pangborn the opportunity to sell ADS air blast products through its sales network

“We are excited ADS has joined the Pangborn team,” said Mike Bishop, the company’s director of equipment sales. “Our high tech product line, along with [ADS’s] incredibly experienced staff, makes for a great team approach to servicing the customer base in Canada.”

Pangborn designs and manufacturers surface preparation solutions worldwide together with member companies Pangborn Europe, Vogel & Schemmann, and Berger Strahltechnik. Pangborn and its member companies are owned by Atlas Holdings LLC.
