The Trebi Flexible Deburring System FDS 600/6 was specifically designed for fast and efficient processing of gray and ductile iron castings prior to final machining operations. Automated removal of burrs, parting line fins, gates, and other excess material can be done in single setup. Trebi’s patented work-holding system together with a unique design that isolated the cutting forces from the robot motors allow greatly reduced cycle times over traditional solutions. The FDS 600/6 can be configured with up to 11 tools using 6 simultaneous controlled axis for parts up to 600mm dia., weighing up to 30kg.

Even when fully configured with the available APC and extra work spindles the FDS 600/6 uses half of the floor space of required by competitors solutions. The complete Trebi line including the new FDS 600/6 model is exclusively offered and supported in the USA by RBR Machine Tools based in Darien, Ill.
