CEC Sells Quench Furnace System to Aerospace Manufacturer Print E-mail

A manufacturer of business jet aircraft has contracted Consolidated Engineering Company (CEC), Kennesaw, Ga., to design and manufacture a quench furnace system for its new heat treat facility in Mexico. 

The system was designed to treat a range of aerospace steels, including low to medium carbon tool steels, precipitation hardening steels, and martensitic, austenitic and stainless steels.

CEC provides heat processing technology to a variety of industries, including metalcasting.
