American Metal & Technology Inc., Los Angeles, has increased its production capacity with the purchase and installation of 17 CNC machines.

The company, through its wholly owned subsidiary American Metal Technology Group, a Nevada corporation, and its subsidiaries Beijing Tong Yuan Heng Feng Technology Co. Ltd. and American Metal Technology Co. Ltd., is a manufacturer of castings and machined products in China.

The new machines offer both milling and turning with increased power and speed over their predecessors. They were installed in the company’s existing 53,819 sq.-ft. manufacturing plant in Beijing, which currently maintains monthly output capacity of 1,000,000 parts.

“Over the last three years, we have invested in our production capacity to aid in our expansion plans, and we are enthusiastic about our business strategy,” said Chen Gao, president and CEO. “The addition of 17 new machines will increase our production capabilities by 20% in 2008.”
