Buhler Prince Sells Subsidiary to Its General Manager Print E-mail

BuhlerPrince Inc., Holland, Mich., recently came to terms on the sale of its subsidiary Quality Process Control Systems LLC (QPC) to the manufacturer’s current general manager.

The sale, to Craig Nelson, who has been general manager of the diecasting supplier since 1999, took effect on Jan. 7, 2008. According to the terms of the deal, all new product sales, parts and services now will be handled by QPC independently of BuhlerPrince.

QPC will continue to design and build water and oil circulating process control units, chillers, plant water recirculation systems and cooling tower cells.
