Niles Machine and Tool Works LLC, Livermore, Calif., and Pacific Production Engineering Consulting LLC, Palo Alto, Calif., were merged into one corporate entity as of Oct. 1, 2007. The new company will be known as Integrated Manufacturing Group LLC (IMG).
 
“Our team has not changed, nor has the way we do business,” said Kam Pasha, CEO of the new company. “IMG will embody our vision of offering a fully integrated range of products and services. We are excited about this stage of our corporate development and look forward to a stronger partnership with both our customers and suppliers.”
 
IMG has been the parent company of Niles and Pacific since March 1, 2005.
