Bremer Manufacturing Co. Inc., Elkhart Lake, Wis., is celebrating 70 years in the sand cast aluminum metalcasting industry.

The privately owned company was founded in 1937 in Milwaukee by the late Harry E. Bremer as a manufacturer of grocer scoops. The company moved to its current location in 1956.

Bremer today services automotive, engine, generator and commercial lighting companies, including Kohler Co., GM Racing, Cooper Lighting, Caterpillar, Ford, International, Stoughton Trailers and Supreme Corporation.
