NovaCast Foundry Solutions AB, Ronneby, Sweden, has broken from its parent company and is now owned and operated by its existing management team.

Formerly part of the NovaCast Technologies group, NovaCast Foundry became an independent company operating under the name NovaCast Systems AB on April 13. The company’s management is the new owner.

According to a press release issued by the company, NovaCast Systems will continue operations from its head office in Ronneby and acquire 100% of the shares in NovaCast Solutions USA Inc., Naperville, Ill.

NovaCast Systems will continue the business of selling metalcasting engineering software applications together with necessary hardware solutions, implementation, support and assistance, as well as long term service contracts.
