In addition to its new automatic green sand line. Boose maintains large-sized nobake capacity.

Nobake Pattern 		Boose saw a spike in nobake demand in the early 2000s.

Nobake Castings 		Boose's melt deck has been upgraded to keep pace with the rest of the facility, but it's still stretched to capacity much of the time.

Melt Deck
Although the company has instituted automatic pouring at its new plant, the jobbing work at Boose Aluminum's original facility in Reamstown, Pa., requires hand pouring.

Double Ladle Pour 		Boose Aluminum plans to place this rotary mold handling system with a new cope and drag line.

rotary_pour 		Boose Aluminum maintains 3,750 active patterns.

Active Patterns
Between its two companies, the Boose group ships 5.4 million lbs./year.

Shipping Dock 		By purchasing a new facility with several automated lines, the Boose group has added high-production jobs to its jobbing arsenal.

Automated Line 		With the capital brougt to the plant by the Boose management team, the old Cornwall Aluminum Plant has retrofitted its furnaces with a light system that indicates power consumption.
