The Manufacturing Leadership Council announced AFS Corporate Member Humtown is among the finalists in the 2024 Manufacturing Leadership Awards for their outstanding achievements in the Transformational Business Cultures Category.  

“This is the team of finalists who is leading us all into a new and better direction in the manufacturing future,” said Humtown President Mark Lamoncha. 

Humtown is a finalist for its innovative Industrial Athlete Operating System, a proprietary talent management system that has enabled the company to double its sales in the last two years and establish a global footprint with relationships with over 300 OEMs worldwide.

They have documented the company transformation and revealed how other organizations can also upgrade their ecosystem in their book, “The Industrial Athlete Operating System: Where Human Performance Empowers Industry 4.0.” The four transformations are:

• The Culture Transformation: Shifting from a Tug-of-War to a Win-Win Culture.

• The Employee Transformation: Transforming Employees into Industrial Athletes.

• The Workplace Transformation: Transitioning the Workplace into a Performance Center.

• The Management Transformation: Moving from Boss to Coach.

Humtown will be recognized along with all other award finalists at the Manufacturing Leadership Awards Gala on June 5, at the JW Marriott in Marco Island, Florida. Winners in all project and individual categories will be announced at that time, along with the Manufacturers of the Year and Manufacturing Leader of the Year.
